- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order/payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We currently offer domestic shipping only:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping charges are calculated based on your location, order weight, and the shipping method selected.
- Orders above ₹1000 qualify for free shipping.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not offer international shipping at this time due to airline regulations on transporting perfumes containing alcohol.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include photos of the package and product for resolution.
- We will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable, after reviewing the issue.
7. Returns and Refunds
