Eligibility for Returns

Any concern related to damage, leakage, incorrect product, or functional defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.

Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.

Products where the seal or packaging has been tampered with or removed.

Products reported after extended usage or after a prolonged period from delivery.

Items purchased on clearance or special promotion (unless damaged or defective at the time of delivery).

What Constitutes a Defective Product
A product is considered defective only in case of a manufacturing issue verified at or immediately after delivery. In the case of perfumes, the following may be considered manufacturing defects:

Broken or leaking bottles with visible damage at the time of delivery.

A spray mechanism that does not dispense perfume at all, provided the issue is reported promptly and there is no indication of damage, misuse, or excessive usage after delivery.
Minor variations in fragrance perception, longevity, or personal preference are not considered defects.
Importance of Timely Reporting and Proof
As Perfume24x7.com is an independent retailer and not the manufacturer, defect claims must be supported with timely proof so that the matter can be escalated to the brand or distributor within their defined timelines.
Customers may be required to provide:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

An unboxing video in cases of damage or leakage claims.
Claims reported after significant delay or without sufficient proof may not qualify for return or replacement, as the original condition of the product cannot be reliably determined.

Approval and Instructions
Once the request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be shared. In most cases, return pickup will be arranged through our courier partner. -
Packing and Handover to Courier
Customers are required to ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging and safely handed over to the courier partner at the time of pickup. The product must be packed in a manner that prevents damage during transit. Any damage caused due to improper packing, unsafe handover, or customer negligence during return shipping may render the product ineligible for return or refund consideration after inspection. -
Return Shipment
The product must be handed over along with proof of purchase as instructed during the return approval process.
Refund Policy

Credit Note (Store Credit) is the primary mode of refund issued by Perfume24x7.com. The credit note can be used for future purchases on the website within the validity period mentioned at the time of issue.

Refund to the original payment method may be processed upon customer request, provided the return and refund process is completed within 30 days from the date of delivery and the payment gateway permits reversal.

Refunds or credit notes are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Approved refunds or credit notes are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. The same process as returns must be followed to request an exchange.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue along with your order details. An unboxing video may be required to validate claims and enable faster resolution.
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges are determined based on the reason for return:

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered), Perfume24x7.com will arrange and bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as change of mind, fragrance preference, or ordering by mistake), the applicable return shipping charges and original forward shipping charges will be borne by the customer. These charges may either be collected separately or adjusted against the credit note or refund amount.
In all cases, return shipping arrangements must be coordinated through our customer support team. Unauthorized self-returns may not be accepted.
