Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within **7 days** from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased on clearance or as part of a special promotion (unless defective or damaged).
- Gift cards.
What Constitutes a Defective Product?
A product is considered defective if it has manufacturing issues. In the case of perfumes, the following are categorized as manufacturing defects:
- Broken or Leaking Bottles: Any bottle with visible cracks, leaks, or damage caused during the production process.
- Malfunctioning Spray Mechanism: If the spray pump nozzle is completely blocked and no perfume can be dispensed, provided there is no evidence of damage caused by usage or mishandling by the customer/user.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at info@perfume24x7.com / 08062179071 to initiate a return. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos/ videos of the product (as applicable).
- Approval and Instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided in the return instructions. Ensure the package includes the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. COD orders will be refunded in the form of a Store Credit Note.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Follow the same process as returns to request an exchange.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Products
